If a g5 with advcoc can hurt kizaru why did fluffy not use it since, I think the reason is that oda doesn't want kizaru to go all out cause if he goes all out then luffy has to do the same and it seems kizaru is not the big bad guy of the arc and oda doesn't want fluffy to be immobilized after the fight (fluffy is always weak after a high-extreme diff fight).

Kizaru is only using his Signature Moves, not his Ultimate Techniques

I can't believe that even after 1000 Chapters, People still don't realize that there are Major Arcs where We witness All Out Fights
And Smaller Arcs where it's basically just Build-Up & Stalling & Teasing ... etc
Egghead Arc is like Long Ring Long Land, SHs meet an Old Man who needs Help leaving the Island
But They are Interrupted by Foxy Pirates/WG

He's not giving it the "facade" of tension because Kizaru isnt taking the fight seriously. He's been fixated on his order taking out VP.
Maybe wait a few chapters before hard claiming anyone is directly fighting Saturn this arc, nothing has truly suggested the Gorosei is losing here and isnt an endgame threat with the others and Imu
