Did any of you guys notice how Oda handled the difference between Zoro and Luffy on the roof?
When everyone on the roof bar Zoro was a burden. Oda had Zoro carry them. Zoro carried them and fought both Emperor's simultaneously.
Whereas, the minute the Emperors are separated. And Zoro becomes the burden, Zoro is immediately removed.
Why wasn't Luffy immediately removed when Zoro was carrying his useless ass for the entirety of the fight pre-advCoC. Heavily hindering Zoro in the process.
But now Zoro is removed so that Luffy doesn't have to be "hindered' by Zoro. But Luffy and the other nova weren't removed when they hindering Zoro. Oda's hand is seen so clearly.
