I think, of the fights you mentioned, only Luffy vs Katakuri can give it a fight for that title. Should be interesting to hold a poll between the two after this raid is over.

Kata vs Luffy had some bad parts ; Luffy tanking 1000000 hits, Brûlée etc. But Snakeman vs Kata is top tier

Jinbei nearly lost his arm, and Kata hasn't shown ability to shape shift around something as big as that magma and he clearly hasn't shown Mobility to dodge he only shape shifts.

Kata will lose his hands if he tried to block it. Zoro used the biggest burst of conquerors Haki in the series to cut it but Kata with not even barrier but with something as out dated as garbage koker can block it.

And i am pretty sure, you wouldnt claim this, when King wouldnt have fought Zoro, but someone else instead. Even if the rest of the fight would be identical.

This is honestly delusional at this point.

Even without his fire defence King is tanking attacks stronger than the attack that scarred Kaido.

At best you have something like:
Unmasked King >> Damaged Mask King > Marco > Full Mask King.

But Marco still lost to King before his mask was damaged (when he was expending the lowest amount of effort).

I read it as simply Zoro using the no touching/barrier version of Haoshoku to push King away when he tried to steal his swords:

He unknowingly awakened it in 1010

You don't awaken something twice.

Man king's attack is exactly the same as akainu's.
Zoro claiming is like a lava is only the confirmation from what we actually see..
And about sanji i truly believe he will be there in the future but his fire it's not that hot yet..

What I learnt
Jinbei , iva etc can stall Akainu for sometime
Even block without being overpowered

But someone with better haki and skills won't block or dodge King whose fire still not vert lethal as Magma

Coz "King showed a dragon attack" which is featless since it didn't land or do anything
