it is stretch stretch fruit , its awakening would enable Luffy to stretch himself and make any from of himself , giant and animal like included , so basically he can at will make form like people who can make animals form Ballon :D , and he can strech anything , maybe even animals and humans and stretch them to the size he wants :D
possible Zunisha was a normal Elephant that was stretched by user of that DF.
Possible the red line was the work of the that DF user , form a single brick he was able to do that big red line :D

Im low-key sensing some Child of Prophecy shit with Luffy. Hopefully it not the case. Naruto is one of my favorite series. But the characters being special thing.... not the biggest fan of it. Mainly because of Luffys archetype.
remember when Lucci mocked Luffy for making G3 as a cheap trick believing that even his arm bigger due to air it shouldn't be able to hurt him more, since it is only air and what Lucci though was logical, but weirdly Luffy's G3 is harder , which makes you think it might be more than air maybe it included it really increases his body mass so his arm is normal arm but with bigger size for that short time and the air just make the stretching stable.
so the awakening will be that Luffy be able to stretch his body to any size or any form he wants at will and will still in that form till he deactivate it and it will and will be able to do the same things for others things :D

Imagine if Luffy can form himsself into a bigger size with more arms like the wisdom kings ? that would be genial he can stretch as many arms as he wants from his body and then use them in gatling that will be devastating. Luffy already due to his speed he looks like he has many arms , now he will have many arms physically too. and by the way there is a reason why he would do that Katakuri already showed him that it is like that even more effective.
and in this chapter he is already going in that direction with his snakeman.
for god sake he might even form many heads as well.
