Everything is proceeding as planned: :funky:

1. Next chapter (or two) Luffy beats Kaido
2. Then Luffy runs out of Gear 5 Nika (like he always did every single time he used a gear for the first time)
3. We got Kaido flashback
4. Orochi dies for good, giving the impression that the alliance has finally won
5. Kaido awakens and attacks the capital for one last time
6. We find out what happen with Zoro and Calli
7. Zoro wakes up
8. ZKK

Can't wait. :cheers:

@HA001
@Finalbeta
@Peroroncino
@Jew D. Boy
@Giggio
Imma get rid of Yabanese oda, you take over

I don't really understand why anyone would want ZKK ? Because if it happens it will be after Luffy knocks Kaido out, so it would be Zoro killing someone who's knocked out. Not sometinhg to be proud of.
No, it won't. It will be after Kaido fights the strong samurai (Zoro) he is waiting for.

We don't know Kaido's limit. We don't know if he has awakening and if he does the power it will give him.

Luffy's reward after Wano - 6 billion
Zoro's reward after Wano 1.5-2.5 billion
Sanji's reward after Wano 1.5-2.5 billion
Law's reward after Wano less than 1.5 billion
Kid's reward after Wano less than 1.5 billion
Killer's reward after Wano less than 800 million

Now that Luffy got the peak of his devil fruit power (awakening), it pretty much sealed the deal for Zoro to get the peak of his swords power (black blades) for anyone who still doubts it. Didn't happen against King as expected, remains only one relevant character it should happen against.

ACoC happened in this arc of all times and most would describe it as a wishful thinking to ever happen. Black blade atleast have some grounds for it to happen this arc.

Kaido is so OP it'll require Joyboy with the awakened most ridiculous devil fruit as well as a mighty samurai that is atleast as monstrous as Oden with black blade(s) to keep him down for good and to send him to the afterlife. :steef:

We know the anime has been a walking spoiler this arc:myman:

A good post from fanverse:

"I have a theory about Mythical Zoans that suggests that Awakening is what "evolves" them. Luffy's is a Human Human Fruit, right? But he doesn't become this Sun God until he awakens. What if the same was true for Kaidou and Marco?

Maybe Marco's Devil Fruit only allowed him to transform into a bird until he unlocked its Awakening, which turned him into a phoenix instead. Kaidou's Devil Fruit would have only allowed him to transform into a fish until he unlocked its Awakening, which turned him into a dragon instead. "

So Marco and Kaido are already awakened and got some extra passive abilities, in Kaido's case it's weather control or having elemental attacks and in Marco's case, it's the logia properties with high level regeneration. And on top of their passive abilities, they have one final awakened form - like Monster Point or the Jailer Beasts - skyrocking all of their best abilities on absurd levels.
Wrong. It takes a lot of time (at least 10 years) to awaken the devil fruit. However, Catarina Devon has only had her fruit for 2 years(Max) and can already use the abilities of the mystical zoan fruit.

Luffy's reward after Wano - 6 billion
Zoro's reward after Wano 1.5-2.5 billion

Luffy is definitely getting 5 Billion.
Law and Kidd are both going over 2 Billion as well probably

That would mean Luffy awakened the second he got the fruit. Because being rubber is an extra passive ability from Nika not a normal human.
I rather think it's the contrast. Luffy's a rubber man but now he's the mythological zoan Nika, hence him representing Looney Tunes characters.
For example, Kaido was most likely just some fish zoan but his awakened managed to make him a dragon. Marco was some birdy zoan man but his awakened made him the phoenix.
