Just look Misery and then look Kaido new elementary powerup of Kaido, it like day and night. Kaido powerups are looking far insane and better while BM been looking like trash.
Overall without portrayal and the clash between Kaido and BM. If you take all the feats from the raid, Kaido would legit mid diff her equal who show how Oda fail to give BM a good portrayal..

Although I do agree that some time Oda has mistreated his female characters like Hiyori or Tashigi. But being strong doesn't make character better.

On the surface he appears as a brutal, unkillable monster, beneath that he appears to be a likeable and very knowledgeable character, who respects his opponents strength and honors fair fights, who has an interesting, yet unexplored past where he resembled Luffy and wanted to become Joyboy, who is very calculative in his plans, e.g. choosing Wano for specific reasons, etc.

Big mom has shown more depth as a character. And is more complex.
At the end most important aspect of Kaido character is him being strongest and nothing else.
If doesn't get flashback , his character will end up being more bad.

Everything you have said about him need explanation. Why?? We need flashback before this Kaido is nowhere even top 50.

You have some weird taste......

She’s the most emotionally driven StrawHat on the crew and usually gets some of the best emotional moments. Her backstory is fantastic and echos the larger conflict of The OP world and the Gods in Marejois. Also in my opinion Oda gives her the most interesting dynamics amongst the crew and especially Luffy. Making her his foil and opposite in many ways makes her very interesting to see
