Oda reducing bounties to just power level indicators is not an original observation I guess, but once again, it’s hard not to miss when One Piece used to be good.

While i totally agree, Mihawk's case is strongly suggests that his bounty is just pure strength. No armies/territories/crew no void knowledge or trying to directly oppose WG.

Ofc, I was just explaining SHs and Supernova Case. Mihawk is a different case, his Bounty is solely based on Danger Level and since he is a lone wolf, it's all about his Power

i think i know understand it, Sanji still get a higher amount of bounty beating Queen than jinbe, jinbe's just total bounty result is just slighgtly ahead because his former bounty is much higher than sanji.

I don’t even think it’s power level anymore since there are too many cases of weak individuals getting high bounties.

I think similar to sanji's new vinsmoke related plot line that has been going since like end of dressrosa (crazy how long its been)
Oda is going to do the same with shimotsuki thing for zoro. With us see flashbacks of him visiting ryumas grave and stuff. With zoro probably going to start meeting people that know of ryuma, the shimotsuki, kuina, zoro's past, and yadayada
