Tbh Im not even 100% sure if Sanji will get used as a hype tool here, that be kind of Odd at this point. Whoever Oda is putting in front of Sanji now is probably is fight for the arc. Luffy did declare war last chapter maybe the matchups are happening in this chapter. If Its King, King of Lightning and the One Piece Anime were hinting at it all along. I highly doubt its King tho , that be some wild shit for Oda to do.
