One Piece Episode 1032 - The Dawn of Wano Country - The All-Out Battle Heats Up!

This episode animation director was Masayuki Takagi.
Takagi's biggest strength in my book is that he has a pretty distinctive artstyle, and although I don't think it always works, I think Takagi does a really good job drawing intense expressions.
His episodes when they don't have anyone notable on them tend to have serviceable animation, which was the case this episode, where the animation was serviceable enough to get the job done, but I wouldn't say was terribly examplary.
Luffy vs Kaido was definitely the animation highlight, and although I appreciate the art, some of the smear frames, and the nice lightning effects, the movement wasn't really anything to write home about.
That seems 100% to be next week, where animation god Vincent Chansard is showing up again to animate a portion of Luffy vs Kaido.
