Maybe for Kaido but the blue spark is clearly haki.

-in the color version when Dofla use his awakening the tip of the string are purple.
-When Sai bear Lao G the impact of the kick create blue spark

Reread the chapter again. Sanji used RS to hide his identity.

Without cheapshot RS Sanji still can beat Page One.

RS Sanji didn't use DJ and CoA and Page One still suffered damage lol seeing how Page One groaned in pain.

Page One full frontal attack did little damage to Sanji while non DJ and non CoA RS Sanji's kick made Page One groaned in pain.

Sanji can still beat Page One without RS but he would need DJ and CoA this time and it would be harder.

(2) Oda draws black lightning sparks to show Haki. Color artists change it later

(3) He doesn't always draw Haki to begin with. See Cracker's Hard Biscuit.

Have you ever read the coloured manga? They always give Haki sparks random ass colours. Check Chinjao pic I posted.
