There are a lot of wonders to still unravel. Of course, some of the stuff I'm mentioning here doesn't necessarily involve the drafting of an arc. In fact, I feel like we will eventually have another 3-4 major arcs at best.

So all that's left is after Wano Arc, Luffy will make an Alliance with Shanks to take down both Im & Blackbeard.
Luffy's next destination after Wano will be Lodester Island (Short Arc) & then they will decide to attack Mary Geoise because Final Road Poneglyph is there

Luffy & half Crew will go to Elbaf to bring Giants convinced by Usopp, Franky will build Pluton, Zoro will call Samurai for one more Battle, Sanji will make peace with his Family & ask them for help, Jinbe will bring Fishmen & Luffy will call his Grand Fleet

The End will be:
Luffy's Entire Alliances + Red-Hair Pirates + Revos Army Vs World Government + Marine HQ + Blackbeard Pirates
And all Side Characters will be present there

theres no confirmation of lodestar its also the final island so before raftel but after everything else

My guess is One Piece will end in 6 or 7 years.

Lodestar is New World's Sabaody, they'll go there for sure
Elbaf will happen before that imo, don't really see any reason for leaving it after Laugh Tale tbh (this arc will feature Urouge too imo)
Vegapunk will probably be associated with Revos since all the dots are connected to Kuma and by consequence Revos and Bonney will be present too imo

For now there is no reason to go to Lodestar but it could turn out to be the place where the SHs vs BBPs happens if Elbaf turns out to be not a big fight arc vs Blackbeard...
Certainly no reason to go to God Valley if it isnt Onigashima itself. There are two big fights left and everything that isnt overlapping with those will be a minor arc. Those are fight vs Blackbeard pirates and vs World Government. If each get 3 years, which isnt needed, it will be over in 5-6 years, I guess.

Too much things to handle bro, even if both BM and Kaido fall here there are still 2 Emperors, the One Piece, the Revos, Vegapunk, Final War a lot of flashbacks and mysteries

Let's look at the numbers. Oda draws 40 chapters per year. Wano will have another 45+ chapters if youtube videos and countless analysis are to be believed. From 909 to 1050. 140+ chapters for the arc. Final war going to be at least 150 chapters. another 100+ chapters for other arcs. We have at least 300+ chapter left in the story.

It will end in 7-10 years.
