hold up, Drake is reporting about the presence of the CP-0 guys in Wano like as if they are worth reporting like they are suspicious or something
Does the government actually know this Sword group even exists? The way Drake is talking makes it seem like they are unaffiliated with the government too

This might sound like a stretch but I can see the marines/WG pulling a Perry's Expedition on Wano after all the stuff with Kaido is done with, now that we know Drake is in an undercover mission.
Orochi wasn't scared of the government/cp0 because he has Kaido to protect him and he didn't give a fuck about anyone else. Take out Kaido and Orochi has nothing else, all the samurai that protected the country against foreigners are either dead or lost their spirit, therefore the marines would have the advantage here to show off their strength and force the Wano borders to be open to the outside and join the WG.
Of course, Orochi is going to be taken out too, and Oden's main objective was to open Wano's border, but I don't think they would join the WG, but rather be under Luffy.
TL;DR
Wano maybe will be forced to join the WG and open its borders because of the marines showing up. Japan style irl
