One Piece= Non existent and is friendship ?

Does anyone else have the theory that One Piece is really just the treasure of being a crew and cruising ?

I don't think so. I remember Oda said in one of the interview that one piece won't be a friendship or journey we have along the way, because he doesn't like such ending. He will give a proper reward for luffy and co in the end. So don't worry. And seeing the current plot in manga, I'm pretty convinced that one piece is something greater than just friendship or adventure.
