Once York New started I really started to like the show. That's my favorite arc in HxH, far outweighs Chimera Ants for me

He looks cool. He was my only motivation to start this show but I couldn’t do it

I would recommend reading the manga but some of the scans of the early chapters are downright trash. And the art is a bit wonky imo.
But maybe I just read trashy scans lol

Anyway, if you do choose to try it again, read the manga up until Heaven's Arena (that's right before York New). There you have a couple of sweet fights and Nen is explained as well

It's not a five act structure
The official translator didn't even consider thar as a option until is was brought up in a question on a podcast
