Because I can totally see Sanji getting the basic one, mocking Zoro for it, only for Zoro to immediately use the "adv. coc" one and they start bashing at each other for it.

I think another CoC reveal in this arc would make both reveals feel lesser for it, because one will outshine the other.
Letting the Zoro CoC reveal be the only one in Wano makes it more special, while Sanji unlocking it later on another arc (if it happens), being the only one to unlock it in a new arc, will make it more special compared with if both of them got it in the same arc.
