No. He was simply supposed to show zoro unconscious and that should have been the last we see of him until the war ends.

Every single time with in this arc oda focuses on someone unconscious they had some form of return etc. So it made zero sense to show anything revolving around a grim reaper (hallucinations or not) since

Worse thing is you can't even see it.
