You can barely find mangaka in his age who keep doing weekly manga work and have ton of side projects...

He need to cut out all side projects, use that time which he used for side projects to rest and relax.
He need time to relax and breaks to recover.
In his age doing weekly manga work is already brutal exhausting.

I do share your sentiments and agree with you but like I said - it's possible that this illness was not due to his work load but because he got some viral or bacterial infection when he was in Africa which can happen to anyone.

And, then travelled back to Japan - very cold winters.

He fell ill after coming back from Africa.

Oda should take two months off, get healthy give us 2 weeks a month chapter and sometimes 3. If he wastes his health on OPLA and other stuffs he will get weak. He should take rest and finish the manga and then go do other stuffs he likes. To be writing a manga for 25 years and losing health to complete it would be very sad. I would literally cry if Oda got sick and had to rush the manga.

Not necessarely, a lot of people need to recover from travelling. Jet lag can knock out some people for weeks others for couple of days.
Shueisha had chapter already ready but decided to not release last minute because want to mantain 2-3 chapter gap (advance)

True. Its way better than getting two chapters till next year. Let him take rest. 2 Months break in 25 years is nothing but I seriously hope he plans the pacing well and finishes the manga soon. For his own betterment.

I believe Wano has consumed pretty much all of Oda's strength...
It was the last arc that we got a good and pretty consistent art(especially early Wano chapters), post Wano the art drastically went downhill and only few selective chapters are good.

He was very hype and interested in writing Wano due to being a country representing Japan culture. He pretty goes all out with extra detail, reference and all kinds of things that work out with Wano and Japan. That took him all his energy.
At least more than just 1 month needed to recover his health, refresh himself and start new.
Feel like he should start hiring more assistance with drawing for some plot chapter.
I'm 90% certain he by himself won't complete the series if this goes on
