Kaido hypes up shanks but wasn't impressed by prime Garling at god valley
Mihawk waits for a swordsman stronger then shanks bur doesn't care about shamrock. People think shanks will fight one of them, but we know he already met with them and doesnt care much, hes built up to fight Blackbeard still. Basically no one in the manga has hyped up their strength ever. I think them fighting Sabo/dragon is most likely but don't complain if Usopp or Buggy ends up fighting one for the "god" meme

Kaido also never mentioned Gaban, Rayleigh, Big Mom (although she was right next to him when he said it), Garp, etc.
I think that spread with the 5 top/god tiers was really just about people he had personally fought and seen as great, respectable people both in terms of reputation and prowess.
