Oden flashback started 41 years ago. Hyogoro when he saw Oden cut down the Mountain god (41 years ago) was 29 years old. Oden was 18. He would be 70 now.

For the rest of the timeline.
Oden becomes Daimyo of Kuri 39 years ago.
Oden meets Whitebeard and joins him 30 years ago.
Oden meets Roger and joins him 26 years ago.
Oden comes back to Wano after a year of sailing with Roger 25 years ago.
Roger is executed 24 years ago.
Oden fights Kaido 20 years ago.

belo betty and karasu were born on the same seas they control. there is no image of morley card yet so i don't know if he was born on west blue but if he was lindberg is the only commander not born in the same sea he controls.
but kuma was born on south blue so i wonder if he was the previous commander of the south and lindberg took his position.
