No, Jinbe's goal is for the racism between humans and fishmen to end, so equality can be achieved. Even if it's not explicitly expressed, that is obviously a goal of his which can be achieved after the One piece is found and the world is changed.
then yamato’s goal is to live free and being able to make her own choices after a life in which she has to do everything was planned for her

Which she can do without joining the strawhats, hell she doesn't even need to leave Wano to do that now that Kaido's reign of terror is gone. Fact is, Yamato doesn't have any grand moment waiting for her in the next 3-4 years until the series ends, since her dream technically is already realized, which cannot be said for any of the other strawhats. Yamato is not going to explore the seas and have a grand adventure by going to 2 islands then shutting shop.

because you assume strawhats will stop adventuring after discovering the one piece

Batshit crazy idea. Maybe if Yamato doesnt join for some reason, she will find Pluton and pilot it? Either she breaks down Wanos walls herself which I would love or she uses Pluton and becomes captain of her own future crew or at least another Mihawk but with an ancient weapon battleship.

I think she is gonna join regardless though.

Because the story is over after that point, it doesn't matter what happens after every straw hats realizes their dreams (which will happen at the end), Oda is not going to keep the series going so we can see Yamato exploring the world, meaning the necessary moment of our main characters achieving their dreams will not apply to Yamato.

yamato wants to understand what oden felt, obviously her character arc should develop outside wano kuni. personally i don’t mind if she joins or not, but she must leave

Yamato's dream is the One Piece journey though, Oden was Yamato's idol and the peak of his adventure was all the discoveries they made in Laugh Tale and that's missing from the log book.
