Who is the most Disappointing , Underwhelming Yonko Commander so far? And Yes Im referring to Yonko Commanders 1-4 . I've listed the top Candidates in no particular order.

Queen is probably the most endurant commander we've seen so far and he has like 4 devil fruit like abilities

We don't know anything about snack so we can't really say anything about him


Jack on the other hand has a bounty over a billion, was hyped up by kaido himself, and went down like a chump

He didn't even get a named attack lmao

Jack had big ass arc and looked very much threatening like what an Yonko commander should look. He is the sole reason people had high expectations on Yonko commanders or specifically calamities. He is far threatening in Zou arc than King the background or Queen the clown respectively in wano arc.
