The idea is basically to allow users above certain ranks to create their own Crews. Every Crew can use their own Jolly roger/Pirate flag (their own symbol) and choose a name for the Crew. Crews can have their own separate theme applicable on its members for ex- If someones makes a crew based on Beast Pirates its top three member will be All stars and so on.
And after every month or few months and Event should be held and winning Crew shall be crowned as Pirate King Crew.
Event can be about One Piece and other major animes competitions. Quizzes, Signature/Avatar contest, Drawing and many other competitions can be held in that particular event.
There's so much more that can be done like We can have Yonko system as well, Give a crew tag or Managing Staff can be called as Marines.
