Zoro has been called Grand Master from waaaay back so not sure why anyone would suddenly have a problem with it. It is something the fans came up with like Big Dick Luffy and Glass Jaw Katakuri
I know it has nothing to do with this post but I like Hell King Zoro the best:steef:

Straw Hat Luffy > Pirate King Luffy
Hell King Zoro > Pirate Hunter Zoro
Black Leg Sanji > Vinsmoke Sanji

Define cringe and why is grand Master cringe?
Why is Zoro practicing a martial arts and trying to be best at it being called Grand Master cringe?
Mihawk is by very definition grand Master of swordsmanship.

I am really not sure how anyone can say that term is cringe. Is it because you simply don't like Zoro and have an issue with someone praising him?

Maybe I am still not weeb enough despite spending all these years power scaling and I still think like normal non anime die hard fans.

Umm how is combat related character being called Grand Master cringe??

PK Luffy is not cringe since its just future Luffy EoS. Its just...way too redundant now, its getting boring. Wanji is well okay, its like Woro and Wamato etc its not exclusive to Sanji. Grandmaster is cool but its like outta nowhere its like the sole purpose of that is to be fanboying over Zoro tho. Its like "hey listen up we gotta find edgy and badass terms everytime we refer to Zoro so i will refer to him as 'Grandmaster' evrrytime i talk about him its so lit :steef: whaddaya come up with?"

Like am I missing something here? I don't recall anybody calling Zoro "Grandmaster" or something along those lines in the manga. Well same for Luffy I guess because he's not yet the Pirate King.
If anything, Mihawk should be referred as "Grandmaster" since he's literally Zoro's master himself. What do you guys think?

There's funnily a chance Zoro will first take on opponents the caliber of Kizaru, EoS Shiryu, Ghandi.
And then the Grandmaster will undergo the ultimate showdown against Drakule Grandgrandmaster Mihawk
Realistically after Wano there is only one more red stone. So why is Zoro so far away from WSS when Luffy is 10-30 days away in manga time from reaching Laughtale.

I would bet on the Grandmaster to be able to push the Grandgrandmaster Drakule to about mid to high difficulty at the present stage. Perhaps he is enough mature for the latter at long last though am not that deeply confident.

Where do you rank the bewildering Grandgrandmaster Mihawk?

It always sounded like a homophobic slur to me. But as you said, this is not a surprise on this forum sadly. They also troll with images of Sanji wearing a dress that's the same intention.
