It was not a training tool. It was not a PU or a nerf. Yeah, all that happened for sure.
But Enma was more than that, Enma gave Zoro's his ambition once again. Is there even a point after time skip that Zoro has even said he was gonna be the greatest swordsman while not putting Luffy's dream over his own?
Enma, released Zoro's dreams once again, which once again takes to Blackbeard words where "A man's dream will never end"
Talking about Sanji's development as a character and not about PU, what about Zoro? Many have forgotten that Zoro with Mihawk lost his pride of his dream so he can help Luffy's own dream and putting second his. And we all forget that Luffy never told Zoro to help him accomplish his dream, he invitated him to travel with him while both pursuit their dreams. Heck, even Zoro told that if he saw he was going off path of his dream he was gonna kill Luffy or something like that and at the end it was Zoro himself who pulled the trigger.
Not much as strongest sword as being powerful, as the swordsmith said, swords have their own personality and are meant to kill, Enma just wants to fulfill that task no matter what, so h forces their users to use their maximum and if they cant handle it, they could die. That is why it is his greatest creation.

Without Enma drawing the amount of haki from Zoro it's doing Zoro doesn't use AdvCoC.
All scenes of Zoro using CoC have been when Enma is highlighted. Ashura Enma was highlighted and in this chapter it was highlighted.
Now normal CoC I'd argue Zoro would use that anyway but AdvCoC without Enma Zoro doesn't draw the haki out to do it.
Enma is both a power up and a training tool though.
