we already have some hints for some of the fights , let us make predictions of who fight whom?
my prediction
Luffy vs Kaido that is pretty confirmed. option (Luffy, Law and Kid vs Kaido at the beginning)
Zoro & Ashura vs King or Zoro vs King
Sanji & Kinemon vs Queen or Sanji vs Queen
Dukes vs Jack
Jinbe vs Smoothie
Raizo vs Fukurokuju
Kinemon vs Kyoshiro (if he is an enemy still doubt that)
Brook vs Apo or Kid or killer vs Apo
Nami vs one of the ninjas Gelatte or Mont-d'Or
Robin vs some ninjas
Usopp vs the best shooter of the Beasts pirates , he might be one of the flying six headliners might be the one who fires poisoned arrows
Franky vs one of the flying six headliners or vs Scotch
Carrot and Wanda vs Perspero
BM vs a bunch top fighters (Marco included , and maybe Weevil if for some reason he get recruited) to stall her.
strawhat grand fleet commanders vs the numbers.
Orochi get finished by Zoro
if Katakuri joins the battle as well at the enemy side , it will be Sanji vs Katakuri instead of Sanji bs Queen.

Ashura Kawamatsu vs Kyoshiro and 2 other Orochi main men
Drake vs fellow Flying 6

maybe Law won't participate and save his Alliance in the end though , with Witching Hour Boy/Denjiro , and maybe just maybe Jinbe/Sun Pirates and Germa
