Rank them in terms of your opinion on their Design, their Strength, and Relevance. Relevance means how much you think they will do in the story. In Big Mom's crew, Veterans Perospero and Oven where in multiple battlefields with lots of panel time and thus high relevance. By comparison, Veteran Compote blended in the background and had practically nonexistent relevance. You don't have to explain your ranks.


Design:
1) Page One - Adorable as a human. Ferocious as a Spinosaurus. Pure perfection in his hybrid form.
2) Black Maria - A giant eastern-themed warrior babe, MUCH needed in Wano.
3) X-Drake - I can't deny the original dinosaur.
4) Sasaki - The tats, the teeth and the wardrobe. He's great.
5) Uruti - Very curious how this cute doll with horns will fight like a Zoan beast
6) Who's Who - He's like a dark Wano Diamante.


Strength:
1) X-Drake - Probably All-Star already.
2) Who's Who - Between this guy or Sasaki for strongest.
3) Sasaki
4) Uruti - Page One probably has nightmares.
5) Black Maria
6) Page One - The first hype tool, the Jack of the group.


Relevance:
1) X-Drake - Worst Gen.
2) Who's Who - Seems like the head honcho here, an Oven equivalent.
3) Uruti - With that attitude, she might butt into places she's not needed.
4) Page One - He has the benefit of already having panel time.
5) Sasaki - No sword, looks similar to Jack, Oda might try and hide him.
6) Black Maria - Welp. She's big so perfect for background shots

Based on their introduction order. This reminds me of the Mid/Weak Trio ranking. Ignoring Drake since he’s gonna betray them, Sasaki is the big guy (Franky) of the group, Black Maria is the female with Robin’s framework, Who’s Who is the swordsman (Brook) of the group, and Ulti is the female with Nami’s framework (and personality too it seems). The only one who doesn’t fit is the Usopp-P1 connection. Chopper will fight a BM Vet instead, and I’m guessing that the cotton candy lover will fight the candy man

Drake and Pageone had the most story relevance thus far, but it's possible Who's Who could end up being the most important one outside of Drake judging by their dialog, with Uti's character potentially being more linked to Pageone/Kaido. For the rest it's up in the air

Strength:

Only thing implied is that Drake could be the strongest with Pageone possibly being the weakest

But i think it could depend on whether Black Maria was replying to Who's Who question or if she redirected the question towards Drake

On one hand, as you can see, the three were at the center with Black Maria seemingly looking in Who's Who direction, but with Drake's "Nah" reply suggesting she redirected the dialog towards Drake, which should be cleared from the official translation

In either case, it should be one of them, with Drake being more likely especially considering Sasaki's relief in hoping Drake to pull out. Furthermore than this, Drake has more story relevance, favoring him even more

> As for Pageone, he could be the weakest from the fact that literally everyone(or at least Who's Who and Sasaki) seem to love making fun of him, but he told Uti to shut up when she interfered in defending him, so it's not entirely sure, but it's a possibility

For the rest, it's up in the air, but they should all be overall around the same range anyway, well that's discounting Drake who is an exception due to his story relevance
