Character Discussion Recently, Nami and Usop's role becomes unclear and ambiguous, will Oda plan anything for them?

Usopp's overlooked feat is withstanding Kizaru's one-shot kill. He's still alive and can stand after that.
Clearly he's much more capable of fighting Luffy than Kizaru is.
Luffy can one shot Kizaru.
But Kizaru can't one shot Usopp.
We are dealing with a difficult puzzle here.

Nami is navigator , she will have significant role to pinpoint laughtale location and lead the crew there
Ussop will get spotlight on Elbaf but it probably will more highlighting his character development than his role though. his last epic moment as sniper was Dressrosa , he has been poorly written since

I Refuse to believe Usopp Won't get a chance to shine in Elbaf; a kingdom that was Hyped up for over 2 decades back in Little Garden; especially with his connections with Giants, Dorry & Broggy; as well as freeing 2 giants from the Marines; and Yasopp being stationed with the rest of the Red-haired Pirates in Elbaf;

Have we ever saw Nami draw a map? Her dream has to be up there as the most neglected dream of the Straw Hat crew, along with Sanji and Ussop. Maybe Ussop gets a character assassination and suddenly becomes brave, or he hopefully dies with dignity at the very least. As for Nami, well her purpose is to be a complete bimbo and keep the pre-teen boys' attention so Loda can sell more volumes.
I Refuse to believe Oda will do Usopp dirty by Killing him off;
He Still has to meet his Dad in Elbaf, when Luffy reunites with Shanks; and He Still has to learn how to tap into Future Vision; to help him when he faces off against Van Auger!!
He Still has to become a Great warrior of the Sea; and Reunite with Dorry & Broggy
