He could have killed Luffy if he wanted to, here.
Lucci's updated Vivre Card states that he's improved his Rokushiki techniques that use Haki.
This is consistent with Lucci being able to pierce Sentomaru's defenses.
Yes. Also I'm debating on whether or not Sanji is... like, developing his own Mother Flame. Queen brining up Lunarians during Sanji's fight with him, and Lunarians looking like different variants of other moon people, has led me to believe that Sanji have Lunarian DNA, and that the original Lunarians were also cyborgs.
I also think Sanji's split personality is related to Vegapunk's technology, and Judge yoinked it/didn't apply it correctly in the past.

If we look at the Germa siblings, outside of Reiju, the outlier, they have forces of nature increasing in power.
Yonji = Mechanical/rotational force
Sanji = Flames
Niji = Lightning
Ichiji = Plasma
IMO this is Judge experimenting with his kids to try to reach a Mother Flame. Fire is stronger than rotational force, Lightning is stronger than Fire, and Plasma is beyond Lightning and more or less right next to just creating a star
I believe Sanji is developing a Mother Flame, and also has begun to fall into the split personality Judge designed for his kids.
This also means Ichiji, Niji, and Yonji still may be able to be "Saved", IE, they need to have their personalities switched back to what they should be.
The issue is Sanji doesn't have... Wings, so, he has to... light his legs on fire with his Mother Flame.
King's body does what when his flame is on? Hardens. Sanji's body has what new power with its exoskeleton?
