Current Events Rotten tomatoes actually gave the LA a good review

I feel like it won’t have a season 2, just because I feel like this is something that’s only popular with OP fans. Netflix is kinda like WSJ in that they axe any series that isn’t super popular like stranger things.

That being said, I wouldn’t mind future seasons so long as this doesn’t turn into a GOT scenario where the live action gets priority over the manga.

Thankfully tho, Oda isn’t GRRM, and the manga got a clear priority over the LA. Yeah, Oda has been taking breaks, but that’s only now towards the end of the LA’s production.

I don't think Stranger things become popular from day 1.
Give the show week so netflix can drop the viewership numbers in the weekly rank.

Dude. The ones seeing it initially are the crazy fans that hype everything related to One Piece for nothing.

Dont underestimate how big the fanbase of one piece is. And we dont only talk about the "Hardcore ones" like us here, but all the people which watched One Piece as children, in their youth etc. are now watching it again, giving it a try. Which is a HUGE market and a HUGE success. I have read alot of comments from people who havent watched One piece in 10-15 years, but now do it out of nostalgica und give the series a try.
And if they can hit this market hard enough, i can see a season 2 comming.

I’m skeptical because so far at least where I’m at, OPLA hasn’t even hit Netflix’s top 10.

And I’ve seen Netflix cancel shows that did reach the top 10 before.
