I think that Luffy will eventually defeat Kizaru but he won’t knock him out completely just beat him in combat, after which Kizaru will have a change of heart and will want to not kill Vegapunk.

Saturn will transform and would want to kill everyone so as to not let anyone know of his powers and will backstab Kizaru who’s weakened from fighting Luffy, both Luffy and Kizaru will fight him off and Luffy will run out of gear 5. At the end Vegapunk will stay behind to self destruct the lab while Kizaru holds Saturn so he can’t escape and all 3 will die saving the straw hats and the marines

Lilith will be the only Vegapunk to survive

after Kizaru spanks Luffy, Zoro will spank Lucci and then the 1v1 showdown between Roronoa Zoro and Kizaru will behold

Zoro will be the right hand man who’s stronger the captain after stalemating the admiral.

The core of the theory is a bit of a classic, it can happen, sure. We already have a somewhat pissed Saturn, now if Kizaru somewhat starts to have second thoughts about Vegapunk then this becomes way more likely. The only problem I can see is Oda trashing so easily an old character like Kizaru, but I guess that eventually Oda has to trim the expanded cast.

Kizaru's ties to Vegapunk and Sentomaru are meant to give his character more depth and humanize him, but he is still prepared to give everything to complete is mission, that's why he's an admiral.
He bypasses Luffy not out of disrespect or fear, but because he knows every second he fights with Luffy Vegapunk gets closer to escaping, which would mean all the damages and possible casualties would be for nothing.

A man that determined to complete his mission won't suddenly give in to sentimentality, he already proved that with Sentomaru.
It would also be incredibly dumb of Saturn to kill one of the goverment's greatest powers on a whim.

I’m saying what if Kizaru flips on the mission and this forces Saturn to try and kill Vegapunk himself; therefore revealing his powers which would be traced back to Imu. Therefore he has to kill everyone on egghead maybe except for York
