I was re-reading the chapters with the Seraphims. and the concept of them just being clones is not ringing true to me.
They are kids but Jimbo-seraphim, Kuma and Hawkeye have shown incredible strength and resistance, but what really matters to me it's the skills.
A clone should replicate phisical attributes, not skills.
Jimbo and Hawkeye are one a karate master the other a sword master, probably achieved with countless hours of training.
I know the answer is probably that "Clone == Identical" in One Piece, but maybe there is something more there.
