And zoro is still weaker than Mihawk.

Kaido is stronger than MIHAWK.
50% of the hakai would have killed him too, the difference was that he could hold on for a few more seconds, before dying, after WANO ZOLO VS SHIRYU? ZOLO overcame MIHAWK.
He is currently 80% of MIHAWK's strength, he only has +1 fight.
MIHAWK is weaker than KAIDO.

What you describe is called spaghettification in physics, it occurs when the gravitational force gets so dense it can basically tear one up disassembling the matter that makes up the body.

This only occurs in extreme super dense cases however.

For example Blackbeard should have totally had it.
