Once they see how monstrous kaido is.

Alliance will start running away, downstairs via the doors that Oda showed!

If Oda doesn't want them to be KOed there then they will be escaping on foot.
When the rest of allloance will see SNs running down, away from Yonko! Yotal despair on their faces , their wills will be broken and the tragedy will befall them as Onigashima will be near the capital!

This will be exactly what kaido said that when pirates relaise they'll lose, they will leave you behind/start running away .

Oda didnt show those doors for nothing.
It's an escape route : luffy and zoro , kidd and Killer, Law by himself through a door.

This is another possibility if Oda doesn't want SNs really KOed!
It will be like Luffy vs katakuri round 2 where Luffy lost (realised he cant do much, was being trashed ) and ran away after g4 ran out.

I bet they have no other way than to escape. Hybrid form Kaido is going to wreck them all so hard. They definitely need a good way to escape. But, how do you escape from someone who is incredibly agile and powerful? Kaido's speed must've increased by a lot and Luffy was already struggling to dodge his attack and he was using FS.
Not to mention the fact that BM is there too and she is also really fast on Zeus.

I do think the SN must recover first and the come back again.

Kidd has realized he needs to put his nuts on the table and sacrifice to win, his comment about Luffy's G4 downside makes me hope he might have a mode that drains fruit stamina or something that he can abuse to hold them off while Luffy recovers, maybe this will be where we see his fruit awaken?

easy, he lost his max endurance in dragon form and durablity in dragon form for exchange speed,strength
now cuts will be easier now, even so law can have a chance to find his heart again,
they did well with base kaido, his full attacks also got weaker , odas gonna add more people on the roof

But they won't run away, is too late for that at this point.. and would go against their character and the whole point of these chapters (SNs standing and opposing the Emperors)

It is really strange that Oda show close perspective to the three doors, I don't get it either why Oda do that but it take my attention too.

Overall I can't see Luffy and Zoro running away, these two would rather die then running away, it doesn't would fit to their characters.

Why not someone/something actually comes from that direction to help instead of the hole for run? Run ain't stopping them to goes rampage in elsewhere, a surprise support on other hand, will probably give a lil help.

coming to the rooftops on seperate doors, making up the 9 in total, than they fight kaido and meme pulling a big dub

This is a simplistic way of thinking, have you ever wondered what X-DRAKE said about coby? The NAVY hopes that these pirates will face each other (kill themselves) to finally intervene, the words of the CP-0 guy marry well with that, CP-0 was already at the banquet / party, and O-TAMA came on an enemy ship , who can be navy or anyone else who can deal with KAIDO and BIG MOM for a short time, they can also take advantage of the fall of ONIGASHIMA in the capital, and escape during the disaster.
They can also use the LAW submarine that for some specific reason (Kaido levitated the island just in time), they did not enter the island.
To teleport the main members over there. And who knows, maybe some of them will be captured as ROBIN, she won't die anyway.
While the SN are preparing for the final fight.
