Either I'm ain't understanding this or everybody's glossing this over.
Garou rag dolled Saitama into space knowing he's human and he can't breathe in space, also knowing that he could end up in deep space where he might l never come back. Which makes the only logical conclusion is that Garou believes he has killed saitama. ( Boros attempted the same move and he wanted Saitama ☠️)

This is a massive character inconsistency, Garou has made sure to not kill any heroes despite hunting them, even in times where he wanted to escape because he losing really bad (ex: bang + bomb vs Garou w\ Genos watching) he never considered killing any of the heroes, so this is a weird jump.
Either way seeing Garou "kills" heroes now, in the next chapter in his fight against the s-class he should one shot them immediately.
This obviously won't happen but then it raises the question why is the S-Class hero fight being shoved in the manga so late. Dosent make any sense to me.
