Questions & Mysteries So nobody who been diving under the sea saw the continents?

:willight:

So Law and his crew couldn't see a thing nor give us some hints of continental ruins under the sea

Pirates are diving deep to sail to Fishmen island and enter NW or go back to Paradise, none ever saw any ancient ruin that's supposed to be only 200m deep down

Only Jinbei ended up seeing some ancient ruins weeks before Onigashima raid and even then he didn't tell SHs (well, this crew is a fake crew where they don't tell much about what they find or where they're from, they didnt even know Luffy's real dream because he never told them before Wano)

So nobody could tell,
No one...could imagine continental ruins were under the sea despite diving deep...they never saw anything bar sea Kings

Bruh that was 800 years ago...
They probably got aquaformed or something.
Wano probably lasted because Rain water and low pressure compared high pressure of sea where everything is destroyed.

We know at least one person that did dived but didn’t say anything about a land mass or a continent below

from the wiki, I didn’t find the panel (too long lol)

« Noland was also a very skilled diver, diving to such depths and for such long durations that his own crew could not tell if he was still alive or not. Noland had exceptional combat power in the water as he did on the ground, and would frequently dive into the sea to hunt giant fish for provisions. This diving skill was apparently inherited by his descendant, Mont Blanc Cricket »

Naah naah bud , that diving is different from finding ancient ruins.
You have to be kaidou/fishmen level tough to withstand that pressure

The continents were likely obliterated in the war

Vegapunk said the ancient weapons caused the sea levels to rise and used the lulusia incident as an example of this.

y’all saw what Imu did to lulusia. It was obliterated. What happened during the void century was effectively an apocalypse.

The ancient weapons and Imu vs Joyboy destroyed the world. While there are still relics of the past world underwater, they are merely remains.

200 meters is not that deep (even in our world the record is higher for a human diver https://www.deepspot.com/en/world-records-in-diving/#:~:text=Deepest open-circuit dives, entire dive lasted 9 hours.)

and Noland is a monster
It's the amount of water.... and more pressure.
You realize how much water 200 M displaces?

200 meters increase in global sea level would need far more water than you'd just get from melting the ice caps. All the ice caps combined would only get you an 80 meter increase. So you'd need more water, or something else to displace a lot of seawater.

Hence the name, ONE PISS.

We just saw glimpses of underwater constructs in this chapter....

And, it's not like every construct under water would deform. A lot of large and notable constructs would realistically at least somewhat preserve their identity

Yea but we sea kings there... and we know how deep sea king dive.... human in one piece world use special bubble coating at that depth or they would crush under the pressure... those region you could say barely seen by humans. Maybe Fishmen have seen it but they don't have any clue either

:josad:Noland been swimming, sailing across the seas and all...yet never uttered one word about some continental ruins

Please,

Not everything was destroyed
Sea levels rose doesn't mean everything got destroyed

Nobody ever seeing ancient ruins bar Jinbei is nonsensical and bad

Also there's no written or oral history about the world sinking, this shit should have been part of the story since the first chapter. Waterworld is better written than this.
Like in the real world, btw.

And most royal families are as ancient or even more. How Is possible Alabasta Kingdom Is 4000 years old but they don't remember a thing?
Or the Riku family, who became the royal family 800 years ago.
