Him betraying BB is a given. its just a matter of when now, not if.
what you SHOULD be asking instead, is whether Teach ACTUALLY genuinely trusts him and doesn't think he would backstab him later on.
Ironic, imagine a master backstabber getting backstabbed. how ridiculous is that?
I think Teach is using him for now, just taking advantage of his power to up his crew's strength, and when the right time comes, he will cut ties with him

The way Kuzan is giving out info and doing these side missions makes it looks like he is all in with the BBP. Obviously these are standard double agent tactics to maintain cover so its 100% deliberate.
Teach also looks to be distrustful of him cuz even after Kuzan said keeping coby would not do much teach still decided to keep him as leverage.
This Garp situation will definitely reveal more about his loyalties.

He might have had a deal with BB. See him as Itachi from Naruto firstly.
In terms of fighting Garp along side BB, he could do a fraud move. Like Kuzan freezes Garp with 'time limit'. E.g. the outer is colder (-10°C) but inside (garp 'blanket' is 0°). Then Kuzan tells BB side that they can keep him alive after soak Garp with Sea water. Then at the time comes, Garp & Kuzan attack BB at the same time when the reinforcement arrive.
That's if Kuzan is still on Hachinosu. Imagine that he knows that Garp already coming to Hachinosu, then Kuzan choose to board on the ship in Egghead either with BB, or with other party Ship (e.g. Smoker)
