At Wano we saw how Usopp didn't got any harmed by Big Mom and Kid CoC waves while fighting. Maybe Oda was preparing him to be strong enough to not have his head chopped by Saturn now?

Chopper is weak in his normal form(hybrid). Nami is weak without her weapon. Usopp is clearly stronger than both without any weapon.
You think they are at least Rear Admiral level to survive a sight at Saturn?
