Strongest One Piece character 15F Sukuna can beat?

I think the main issue is speed. Even if Sukuna has the guns to contend with end of pre skip / beginning of post skip, he is likely too slow to do something huge
If he can catch someone with his domain he can kill a lot of people but I don’t think G2 Luffy or Lucci (EL) will let him the time to do that before bullying him
So it’s complicated.
With Regen + domain + smart he can likely be a End of TS threat but the speed diff really put him down
I have no doubt 20 fingers Sukuna will be a different animal

Hmm his speed is tricky to deduce imo:
- 2 finger Sukuna basically teleported behind Megumi, though Megumi was a far cry from a top tier at that time.
- And with how his fingers amplify his stregnth, 15 finger Sukuna should be even faster yet his Jogo and Mahoraga fights didn't show anything too crazy.
I think he could blitz a few people at his 15F level, but for how long he maintains the speed is a big question for which we don't have an answer yet
