When even Teach's own crew was asking him ''are you crazy'', Teach didn't even hesitate to ask Aokiji, former Marine Admiral to join his Pirate Crew.

Lets not forget Oda said except for SH pirates, he would like to join BB pirates if he was strong as well for a reason.

BB's leadership abilities can't be denied, not only he made the strongest and most violent level 6 prisoners, and Shiryu, (former head jailor of Impel Down) join as his crewmates, he even made a former Marine Admiral join his Pirate crew as well.

Can Luffy match with Teach's leadership abilities?
