Their hair colour is the same too, Perona dresses like a gothic lolita and we know Moria fought Kaido in Wano and may be from there too. He did get Ryuuma's and Oars' bodies at least somehow too...

Perona full name and backstory are unknown too as far as I know and Tokos parentage and full name is unknown too. Her parents may not be important like Tamas now unfortunately but I still hold onto hope oh so very vainly! So vainly, it may well be thin as a vein! LOL!
I do suspect Perona could be from Wano but I'll have to double check all the info we know about her too.
But we also know Bonney is so similar to Big Mom and yet nothing came off that so far...sigh....
Franky and Kidd have some strong similarities too...

O: Perona is currently 25. Her height is 160 cm. Back when she fought Luffy and the crew, she was 23. She loves Moria like a parent, since he found her when she was still a child and raised her ever since. She strongly believes that he is still alive, even after his disappearance at the Summit War.
