Tbh i think

Luffy is far more suited to awaken CoO affinity that decodes an attack (energy distribution etc) and get rid of the weakness or improve the strength of that technique, so he can even improve the enemy's techs and assimilate it into his own.

Zoro is more suited to have CoO to identify weak point of enemy's body so that once he slash at that point, the damage is lethal and the enemy can't do the attack properly.

While Sanji...imo he deserved Future Sight compared to Luffy.

There is not a substantial incentive to be a coo master. Think about it. In other animes there are eyes that can see vital points like the byakugan etc.

There are ways one can observe attacks amd fatal points. Color of observation is crucial for characters like Usopp and sanji however it comes to practically no help.

Look at the fight sanji had with doflamingo. Sanji was fast but his kicks were too slow. There was not a moment where sanji tried to break doflamingos defence internally. COO is the worst haki in terms of fighting.

Strong CoO is something you should 100% if you wanna become Top Tier

CoO is an incredibly important skill for characters to have to make sure that they dont simply get clowned on outside of direct combat.

Without substantial CoO, getting snuck up on and one-shot by Sugar would be a possibility for even Kaido.

Dont take Oda seriously. Oda is inconsistent, we know that. OP is not a manga like Naruto. The amount of detail, accuracy, fights and character development we would get in 1 Naruto arc, the OP takes 10 years to do that.

One Piece fans are biased. Just look at how they hate Demon Slayer and do not appreciate Jujutsu Kaisen as much as they should, despite the fact that they are the best-selling mangas in recent years.

For me, Naruto is GOAT. There are many things in the OP that I don't like, but thousands of people love it, so just let them be, you can't change people's opinions.

CoO is trash in OP only used when convenient, but that becomes moreso worse when you have many haki users in one crew (Yonko crews) with no one bothering to use it even once for possible intruders, let's not even talk about the upper ranks of these crews.

Similarly with CP9 they were apparently retocnned all to have CoA and CoO, makes and doesn't make sense at the same time.

So I just turned off my brain fot all this stuff.
