the only issue is nidai was changed from blue iirc to purple same colour as enma
will oda give zoro two purple swords i dunno
maybe tengu forges a new sword for zoro who knows

- I take most unknown translators' with a grain of salt. Its good to have other opinion, but I would rather trust guys like Stephen, Cnet, Sandman than any newbie.

The question is, is ViZ perfect? No. Humans make mistakes. Any translator in the world will have his flaws, not only Stephen. But we cant start arguing on translations in each debate, that just makes a debate annoying for me. If we start to think in Trumpian way that "everything is shit", "dont trust anybody", we will never have any good discussion. Everyone will just take the translation that fits their agenda. Thats why I am happy to take ViZ as the ultimate truth for any arena or other discussions.

TBF I rarely see actual debates in this forum especially when it comes to Zoro (or even Sanji) topics. I agree

No Kap....this is fucking pathetic. Like mafuckas are really outchea bitching and disagreeing with tha **** that gets paid to translate tha story yall read.....tha **** that gets paid by WSJ/Shuesha/One Piece isn’t to be trusted cause he doesn’t translate shit a certain way that certain people like and isn’t 100% word for word accurate translating one language to another in which both languages CANT be 1:1 translated

Like I said, this is fucking sad......

Stephen very obviously takes liberties if you look at the raw or even how he used to translate. These days he has to put it in colloquial English, which means nuance can be lost.

That said I think it's pretty obvious that Kaido dodged the attack. BM wouldn't have had that worry on her face for nothing. I also don't think Kaido would just ignore BM's warning. He wants to win this fight after all.
