Dude, this will be insane, I have a headcanon that Vegapunk will appear at the end of Wano arc and will do this. He WILL explain the origins and powers of the devil fruits and he will tell Luffy the real name of the Gomu Gomu no Mi and also explain what exactly Judge did to Sanji and his brothers.

I think bb will show up because he wants luffy's df. Just like with the yami yami no mi he knows about the nika devil fruit. And bb will be the one to say the fruits real name and stuff avout joyboy.
