Usually Sanji would pick one up from the direction he was going, not someone behind him. If his original direction was towards Kinemon, that means the opposite is Momo which I highly doubt. The Scabbards is occupied right now but they would want Sanji to prioritize Momo first before them and Sanji knew that. So Sanji will most likely go to Momo first unless something happens.

Absolutely false. I can reread marine Ford , impel down , Amazon lily , ace Luffy flashback multiple times and I would like it. However , when I reread dressorosa and WCI I hated it even more. The reason is due to the writing. The writing has significantly changed from pretime skip to post time skip. Every arc post time skip is like a wanna be fusion between arabasta and Enies lobby gone wrong.

They're not. They are attacking, Yonko are tanking and then they repel them.

Like I said, this is still not the main fight. It's more a thing of portrayal. "Oh look, SN are holding against 2 Yonko and Kaido is in hybrid, much better than Scabbards". Oda needs to show how awesome are SN and why they will be the top tiers in the future.

Why has Big Mom barely done anything even though her whole reason for being here is to get revenge on Luffy?

Well, I'd say that it would be a bit shameful if she goes seriously against some kids while Kaido is still enjoying with the "brats". She is the elder sister!
And ofc because she is not a main antagonist here, not someone to defeat and Oda needs to stall her until he'll remove her from the battlefielf.

He didn't use Thunder Bagua for example, pretty clear. They are fightning casually.
So it's no wonder if they can tank some of their attacks.
And we know that Kid and Killer fought Kaido some weeks ago until "exhaustion". So we already knew that SN would be able to do what they are doing now against these casual Yonko.
