We know that Luffy , Zoro and Sanji are can freely use haki now , Usopp awakened CoO but was not trained yet.
in this arc some of them gonna awaken haki as well . it will help them in the fights but soon enough after this arc they will have to fight as a crew on their way to Raftel , especially against BB and his crew.
Luffy already told Tama that by the time he leaves Wano , it would be a place where she can eat as much as she wants every day.
that is not easy to achieve they need time for that at least several weeks or a month at least.
so I imagine them staying there helping and training in general especially haki (Ryo).
Franky can as well improve the ship once more and build weapons
by the time they leave Wano they all will be much stronger . and that not only because of the fights but they would have the chance to train.
If Sabo comes there as well wanna see him and Luffy having fights like in their childhood that is gonna be awesome.

It was already strange that a SH not named Luffy got a power up this arc, now it is better to not get your hopes too high. Maybe 1 or 2 other will get some new trick, be it haki or something else, but that is already the top you can expect imo. Oda at this point has too much characters to fed, especially in this arc, and the ones who will go hungry as x usual are the SH.
