- You will miss out on all the delicious salt and on potential laughter.
- I am perfectly aware that too much salt may not be ideal for some people, if you feel concerned you can quite simply stick to the first two options mentioned above.

2-Engage in serious conversations with them

- You are most likely not qualified to help people who suffer from delusions. For all you know, you could be doing them more harm than good. Do you really want to have that on your conscience?
