In Wano, Usopp trapped Boa Huang with a man eating plant he definitely didn't hold back with her despite being a little girl, he has never held back on any little girl now suddenly Usopp gets petrified because Boa Hancock's clone is so cute. This doesn't really make sense, this would be the equivalent of Sanji becoming a woman hater, or Zoro running away from a fight. It goes against his character

The nicest conclusion I can come to this is that Oda was tired of wasting panels on Franky and Usopp, wanted to save time, so he got rid of them, but even then why get rid of them like this? It's cruel

Luffy fell for Namis gag in alabasta that Oda had to cover up by blaming Usopp.

Besides that Usopp has never shown any signs of finding any little girl cute, anytime he gets paired up with one he fights them.

I wish you Luffy fans wouldn't be so dense with Oda criticism, he treats your character good, nice it's understandable for you to like him, but he doesn't do the same for other characters and me criticizing him isn't going to hurt him given that he doesn't care about what I say

He is by far not Odas favorite and his role is a sniper, being helpless in fights is a waste of his character and you see that in Wano and Egghead island
