If Uta still hates Shanks in canon, Uta will make a move soon to stop Shanks from reaching the One Piece. If Uta truly believes Shanks is evil, then, she'll be furious that Shanks is trying to acquire Roger's treasure.
Uta is a very intelligent character who keeps up with the news and current events: no way Uta will NOT hear about the One Piece deciding who controls the world. Is Uta going to let Shanks, the man she believes destroyed her home, become Pirate King? Oh hell no.
Uta hates Shanks, Pirates, as well as the Celestial Dragons, and isn't a huge fan of the Marines, either.

Like the rest of the Blackbeard Pirates, Uta has her own motive, and a powerful Devil Fruit. In this case, Uta would want to stop Shanks, a Celestial Dragon, from claiming the One Piece, and also protect Luffy from Blackbeard and Shanks.
Uta's case reminds me of Kuzan: in order to go against what she believes is evil, she is willing to push the limits of right and wrong (see Film Red).
While I do believe Kuzan joined the Blackbeard Pirates partially as a member of Sword, I also believe Kuzan finally hit his limit with the World Government, and that Kuzan is more sympathetic to Teach's ambitions than one would expect. If Teach actually wants to destroy the WG, I don't think Kuzan hates that: what Kuzan doesn't want is for Teach to become King of the Pirates, and to rule the world, and destroy the Marines. IE, Kuzan is playing both sides. While Robin is a Revolutionary Pirate, Kuzan is a Marine Pirarte, like Drake.
For a long time, I craved Scratchman Apoo working with Blackbeard, but, at this point, I believe Apoo is working for Shiki.
Uta gives the Blackbeard pirates the Musician they need, and gives Teach an ace in the hole against Shanks:
