It's even frightening to think about current Sanji with a Raid Suit
Sanji himself stated that the suit pissed him off, it was going to protect his identity at the start of Wano and to save people in danger, according to himself. By the 2 times he used, he did stuff alone that most characters would be having a much tougher time if they tried the same, such as taking Page One out of the act 2 and saving Momonosuke who was surrounded by Kaido, King, Queen and Jack, without much problems.
So Sanji never used the suit to fight in serious mode, and when he had the chance to do it, he destroyed it.
Before Sanji destroys the suit he states that he isn't going to rely on Germa's power, and by that he means the Raid Suit, which is basically their ultimate weapon. Oda never intended for Sanji to use the suit to its full potential, and that might be for a reason.
If without the Raid Suit he already so damn casually strong and tough, he would be something close to a top tier menace only stopped by Luffy and that wouldn't be easy.
