I think the direction and storyboard was more creative in the Kaido one plus it presents a new exciting ost while the Teach scene used an usual suspense ost.

It was more like they confused stuff from Dragon Ball with the One Piece one. Never expected Luffy to use Kaioken on Kaido.

Blackbeards appearance easily. The goat shut the whole place up. Wb knows

Blackbeard's appearance in MF was badass, Whitebeard was about to go 1 man army, and the watchers/readers didn't expect anything to go wrong, and then came Blackbeard with his little laugh
Kaido's appearance in Wano is just so-so, kinda not surprised to see him in dragon form... Actually, Luffy's sudden punch in his head was the iconic one
So, I think Blackbeard's appearance in MF all the way , but it's all just my opinion
PS : but still can't be compared to Kaido first appearance tho...

Kaido's appearance was more hyped than Blackbeard. Blackbeard's re-apparance wasn't even about him, it was mostly about his crew. That's who got most of the focus that chapter.
